When someone asks for the best estate agent to sell my house in my area, is it you?
Vendors pick an agent in a week, and they pick from the ones they find. Portals bring buyers; your own site has to bring vendors, and it has to convince them before they ring.

Two minutes. No sign-up, no card. You keep the results.
What we usually find on estate agents’ websites
- Property listings everywhere, but no page that explains why to instruct this agency
- Area guides that are thin or copied, so nothing ranks for the places you sell in
- Valuation pages with no structure a search engine can lift an answer from
- No signal to AI assistants about which areas the branch covers
Your check reads up to 25 pages of your site and scores it for Google search, direct answers and AI assistants, then shows the biggest problems in full. If you want them fixed, Deplova does it on a monthly package. See the packages.
What a agency’s website needs to be found
Google, the direct-answer boxes and AI assistants all want the same three things from a agency’s site. The check tells you which of them yours already has.
- 1A page that sells the agency to vendors: fees, how you market a home, what happened for recent sellers
- 2An honest, written area guide for each place you sell in, not a copied one
- 3Branch addresses, opening hours and the areas covered, stated so Google and AI assistants can read them
In structured data, the site should declare its type as RealEstateAgent, schema.org’s word for it, with the name, address, phone number and opening hours. That is how a machine files the business under the right heading. The check reports whether yours does.
Questions estate agents ask us
We're on the portals. Isn't that enough?
Portals win buyers. Vendors search for agents, and that search lands on your site or a competitor's.
